I’m Gemma Luxton—founder of RejuvaLux, Women’s Health Practitioner (Level 6), and the face behind The Vagician.
With over 20 years of frontline experience across the military, emergency services, training, and leadership, I’ve spent my career working with people at their most vulnerable—and helping them rebuild confidence, resilience, and control.
Today, I specialise in non-surgical women’s health treatments and training, combining advanced clinical techniques with straight-talking education that actually makes sense. No jargon. No bullsh*t. Just real solutions that change how women feel in their own bodies.
Through RejuvaLux and The RejuvaLux Academy, I train and mentor practitioners to deliver life-changing treatments ethically, confidently, and with results that speak for themselves. My approach blends science, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of the emotional side of women’s health—because it’s never just physical.
Alongside training, I work directly with clients to help them overcome issues such as urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness, and loss of sensation—things that are often brushed under the carpet but massively impact confidence, relationships, and quality of life.
I’m also a published author, Grit and Grace speaker, and contributing writer , using every platform I can to break stigma, challenge outdated conversations, and get women talking about what actually matters.
Because when women feel better, everything changes.
My journey into women’s health wasn’t planned—it was personal.
After experiencing my own struggles with urinary incontinence from a young age, I understand first-hand how something so common can quietly chip away at confidence. Discovering non-surgical solutions didn’t just change things physically—it changed how I showed up in life.
That’s why I do what I do now.
Before RejuvaLux, I spent over two decades in high-pressure environments, including military and frontline roles, teaching, training, and leading teams. That background shaped how I work today—calm under pressure, honest in my approach, and focused on results that genuinely improve lives.
At home, I’m a wife and mum, juggling business, family life, and everything in between (usually with a coffee in hand and a slightly inappropriate joke ready to go). My daughter’s journey as a gymnast has also taught me a lot about resilience, discipline, and backing yourself—even when things feel uncomfortable.
Everything I do—whether it’s treating a client, training a practitioner, or speaking on stage—comes back to one thing:
Helping people feel confident, capable, and back in control of their own lives.
