Female Boss Live – Terms & Conditions

1. Event Overview

Female Boss Live is a business and networking event organised by The Female Boss. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Tickets & Booking

  • All tickets must be purchased in advance via the official booking platform.
  • Tickets are valid only for the named event, date and location stated at the time of booking.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written consent is given by the organiser.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket is found to be duplicated, resold, or misused.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
  • If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 7 days before the event, subject to approval and updated attendee details being provided.
  • In the unlikely event that Female Boss Live is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
  • If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued excluding any booking or transaction fees.

4. Event Changes

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, timings, or venue where necessary.
  • Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
  • No refunds will be issued due to speaker changes or agenda adjustments.

5. Attendance & Behaviour

  • Female Boss Live is a professional, inclusive and respectful environment.
  • Any behaviour deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive may result in removal from the event without refund.
  • Attendees must comply with venue rules, health & safety guidance, and instructions from event staff.

6. Photography & Media

  • By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recording which may be used for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes by The Female Boss.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of the team on arrival.

7. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk.
  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during booking will be used solely for event administration, communication, and marketing in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Your details will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

9. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, or venue closures.

10. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
